Our products

We work to display our products, colours, and dimensions as accurately as possible. Screens vary, so slight differences between the image on your device and the item you receive are possible.

Pricing and availability

All prices are shown in US dollars. Prices and availability may change without notice. If an item becomes unavailable after you order it, we will contact you and issue a full refund.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We confirm acceptance by sending an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order, for example where an item is unavailable, where there has been a pricing error, or where we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order that has already been paid for, we refund it in full.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout. Accepted payment methods are listed on our Payment Policy page.

Shipping and returns

Delivery timeframes and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy. Your right to return an item is set out in our Return & Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.

Acceptable use
